present 4 you is a platform for creating personalized digital gifts. by using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to upload content that infringes on others' rights or violates applicable laws.

your content

you retain ownership of any photos, text, or other content you upload. by uploading, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your gift. we don't claim ownership of anything you create.

generated gifts

gifts you create on present 4 you are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise noted. you may share, print, and give them freely. reselling generated output as a standalone product is not permitted.

payments

all purchases are one-time payments. because gifts are custom-generated, we do not offer refunds after a file has been delivered. if something went wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms occasionally. continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
