when will these gifts be available?
we're building everything now. join the waitlist and you'll hear first — we're launching gift by gift, starting with the most-requested ones.
how long does it take to make a gift?
most gifts take 5–15 minutes to set up. some (like the pet portrait or plush design) involve a short processing step, but you'll get a notification when it's ready.
can i send the gift directly to someone?
yes — gifts that produce a shareable link can be sent directly to the recipient. you can also download or print the gift yourself and give it in person.
what if i make a mistake?
you can edit and re-generate your gift before you finalize it. we'll always show you a preview first.
do i need an account?
no account needed to make a gift. if you want to save your work or revisit past gifts, you can create a free account.
are these gifts printable?
many of them are. anything marked 'printable' comes with a high-res PDF formatted for home or print-shop printing.
what's the refund policy?
since gifts are custom-made on the spot, we don't offer refunds after the file is generated. if something went wrong on our end, we'll always make it right — just reach out.
can i make a gift for someone i don't know well?
totally. some gifts (like the constellation map or playlist card) work great with just a birthdate or a handful of songs. you don't need to know someone's whole life story.
